There is some good news after the violent in-ring attack on Syko Stu by Raja Jackson. Syko Stu, whose real name is Stuart Smith, shared the news of his discharge from the hospital on his official Facebook page. It revealed the extent of Stu's injuries from the attack, as well as his gratefulness for love and support from his fans.
It reads:
"Stuart has been released from the hospital and is now home resting. He sustained a serious head injury and was unconscious upon arrival at the ER. His injuries include trauma to both the upper and lower jaws, a laceration to his upper lip, and a fracture to the maxilla bone, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of several teeth."
On a positive note, the post continues, thanking those who have helped Syko Stu during this dark time. It says:
"He has a long road of recovery ahead, but he remains in good spirits despite everything he has been through. We are deeply grateful for all the love and support we've received during this time. Thank you to everyone who has contributed in any way—whether through monetary donations, food, flowers, or gifts. Your kindness means more than words can express. From the bottom of my heart, thank you," the post was signed by Contessa Patterson & Stuart Smith (aka SykoStu).
What prompted Raja Jackson to attack Syko Stu mid-fight?
In a video clip obtained hours before the fight, Syko Stu was seen crushing a can of beer, allegedly a wrestling prop, on Raja Jackson's head. Jackson was angry, getting up all over Stu's face, repeatedly saying:
"I will f**k him up, I don't play that sh*t," while the other wrestlers were holding him back.

According to the clip, Raja Jackson managed to hit Stu 22 times, out of which 18 times were to his head, while the latter remained unconscious.
What did the KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy say about Syko Stu's in-ring attack?
While the LAPD is investigating the case, the KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy has stated the heinous attack on one of their members. The statement reads:
"What was supposed to be a planned and agreed upon wrestling spot turned into a selfish, irresponsible act of violence against Mr. Smith. This egregious act is reprehensible and never should have occurred. In the 17 years of operation of KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anything as heinous take place such as this, and we apologize to our patrons and fans."
While recovery may take some time for Syko Stu, he is in good spirits and is determined to come back stronger. Fans and family have rallied and supported the professional wrestler after his attack.
