Samuel L. Jackson joins Pierce Brosnan in The Unholy Trinity, a western action flick that will soon hit the US theaters in 2025. The film will bring these two Hollywood stars together on screen. Its official logline reads,
"The Unholy Trinity promises to deliver an exciting blend of action, suspense, and western grit with an all-star ensemble ready to captivate audiences this summer."
Jackson and Brosnan have had their share of experience working in Hollywood Westerns. The Unholy Trinity presents them as an enigmatic duo in a town in 1870s Montana, who cross paths with a young man seeking revenge.
The film is directed by Australian filmmaker Richard Gray and written by Lee Zachariah. Gray's previous directorial efforts include Murder at Yellowstone City (2022), Robert the Bruce (2019), and Summer Coda (2010). Zachariah has worked on the scripts for shows like The Bazura Project, Shaun Micallef's Mad as Hell, and The Hamster Decides.
The film was produced by Amadeus Productions, and its filming reportedly took place in Montana in 2023. Saban Films and Roadside Attractions will handle its further distribution.
