Optimus Prime isn't the only one with a speech in Transformers who can make you stand in your place like it's Independence Day. There's another character, who is also underrated, who usually goes unnoticed. It's William Lennox, whom Josh Duhamel portrayed in the movies.
Recently, he gave an interview to The Direct, where he was asked if he wished to return to the franchise. He does, but it has to be Michael Bay, who was reported to be returning for direction. Although nothing has been confirmed yet. Duhamel said about this, and if Michael is really returning, that,
"I have not heard that. But yeah, why not? Michael Bay is such a talented dude. I just really, I really, really loved working with him. We did four of those movies. One, I did 1, 2, 3, and 5. I shot up that, you know, I started as like a cadet and ended up like a lieutenant colonel or something. So who knows. Would I be a general at this point? I've definitely grayed into the spot. Yeah, I'd love to do it."
Josh Duhamel loves to be in those military action projects, whether they're films or video games. For example, he also portrayed Technical Sergeant William Pierson in Call of Duty: WWII (2017) and Jacob Lee in The Callisto Protocol (2022) via motion capture.
Josh Duhamel's role in Transformers

Josh Duhamel has been in the film franchise since day one, wherein the first film, which arrived in 2007, he began as a Captain, who escapes an attack from a Decepticon called Blackout, Megatron's (voiced by Hugo Weaving) third in command, and a non-speaking robot.
He then returned in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) as a Major. There, he aids the Autobots with his team in their fight against this ancient robot, the titular Fallen (voiced by the late Tony Todd). He does that while Optimus (voiced by Peter Cullen) keeps the Fallen engaged.
After that, he made his return as a Lieutenant Colonel in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, where he encountered Decepticon scientist Shockwave in the very beginning while on a mission at the site of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
His most recent appearance was during Transformers: The Last Knight, where Laura Haddock and Anthony Hopkins also joined the franchise as Viviane Wembly and Sir Edmund Burton, respectively. Lennox became a member of the Transformers Reaction Force, though reluctantly.
The best William Lennox moment in the entire franchise

The Autobots- and Decepticons-filled franchise has numerous moments that will give you the motivation like nothing else can. And there's a moment in Dark of the Moon where he is telling his soldiers the truth about a mission. More like a suicide mission. His speech goes like this.
"Listen up. You want to hit back? We’re gonna have to wingsuit in. It’s the only way to get close. I can’t promise anyone a ride home, but if you’re with me, the world needs you now."
We can guarantee you that it's not just the soldiers who were motivated by this; you'll be motivated by it too. Your goosebumps will be the proof. You bet?
