What could Georgina Rodriguez's engagement ring from Cristiano Ronaldo be worth? Experts weigh in

Georgina Rodríguez and Cristiano Ronaldo are making waves online after Georgina took to her Instagram handle on Monday, August 11, 2025, to share the news of her engagement with the soccer star.

Rodríguez showed off her engagement ring, a sparkling oval-cut center stone and two side stones. While the exact price of the ring is not known, experts, as per Page Six, suggest that the ring's worth would be somewhere between $2 and $5 million.

Rodríguez and Ronaldo have been together for eight years, since they met at a Gucci store in Madrid, where Georgina was working as a sales assistant.

As soon as Rodríguez announced her engagement with Ronaldo, her jaw-dropping diamond ring took centre stage. Experts have shared their thoughts on the rings, and as per Daily Mail, Laura Taylor, an engagement ring specialist at Lorel Diamonds, has said that Rodríguez's ring is a stunning piece.

She also mentioned that it features a large, oval-shaped diamond, approximately 15–20 carats, which shines brightly due to its exceptional cut. There are also large diamonds on each side of the main one, which add extra sparkle and make it look even bigger.

Taylor further added that a diamond that big is most likely set in platinum, which keeps it secure, making its color look better. Sharing her thoughts on the price range, she noted that a natural diamond of top quality, clear, and in the best color range could be worth over £1.5 million.

On the other hand, Olivia Landau, the founder of engagement ring company The Clear Cut, said this about the ring:

''The ring] features an oval diamond estimated to be over 10 carats...Possibly as large as 15 carats. It appears to be flanked by two smaller oval diamond side stones, each approximately 2–3 carats. The setting is platinum with double claw prongs on all four corners. Depending on the quality, the ring and center diamond are likely worth several million dollars.''

Georgina shared the picture of her dazzling ring with a caption, saying:

''Yes I do. In this and in all my lives.''

As per Page Six, another expert, Ajay Anand, the CEO of Rare Carat, believes that the main diamond is a D color, the highest color grade, meaning completely colorless and flawless. He also thinks it might weigh over 30 carats, which could make it worth up to $5 million.

Ronaldo and Rodríguez have two biological children together, Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda, and other children of Ronaldo, whom Georgina helps raise, are Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. and twins Eva and Mateo.
