What did Gucci Mane say about mental health crisis? Tasha K claims rapper's wife Keyshia Ka'Oir called her to say he "don't do NOTHING" for his child 

Gucci Mane has allegedly done nothing for his allegedly autistic son, as per an X post by Tasha K. Tasha K stated in her post on October 25, 2025:

"So glad Gucci Mane got a woman to hold him down through them mental health battles! But it’s an alleged shame that his baby mama called me saying he don’t do NOTHING for his alleged autistic son!"

The singer continued:

"Keyshia got him sedated AF! Pray for Gucci and that alleged autistic baby, y’all! Secure YOUR kids future Keyshia! Everything is alleged! Even my name is allegedly!"

Tasha K's post comes after Gucci Mane released his new memoir, Episodes: The Diary of a Recovering Mad Man. In that memoir, the singer talked about his mental health crisis, including how his ice cream cone tattoo was a cry for help, here quoted via the excerpt published by Rolling Stone on October 16, 2025:

"A few days later, I was walking down Tenth Street heading over to Patchwerk Recording Studios, which was about five minutes away on Hemphill Avenue. I looked up on my walk and saw a sign that said ‘Tattoos.’ I already had my set tattoo artist at another place. I never used to trust anyone else, but that day, nothing seemed to matter."

The singer continued in the memoir:

"I had never been to this other studio, but I just walked right in. I want to do some rock ’n’ roll s–t,’ I said to the guys in the parlor. ‘I want an ice cream cone on my face. Right here.’ I pointed at my cheek, just a little under my right eye. people around me seemed to be so impressed by this move. I had never felt more offended by a bunch of compliments."

The singer continued:

"I was mad at myself and them for it. Deep down that ice cream cone on my face was an act of rebellion, but it was also a cry for help. I didn’t exactly do it to make the judge understand that I was having a mental health crisis, but I did want the world to recognize it. I wanted everyone to see that I was in distress."

Gucci Mane has not released a new album since 2023

Gucci Mane has not released a new album since 2023, when he released his sixteenth studio album, Breath of Fresh Air, on October 17, 2023. The album was released via the 1017 record label and Atlantic Records.

The album featured guest appearances with Lil Baby, Kodak Black, DaBaby, 21 Savage, Roddy Ricch, and Nardo Wick, among others. The album charted at the 141 spot on the Billboard 200 album chart.
