What happened when Bill Belichick’s ex and current girlfriend crossed paths at a Christmas party? Documents reveal tense confrontation

Things got a bit tense at a Christmas party on December 6, 2024, in Nantucket when Bill Belichick’s ex-girlfriend, Linda Holliday, and current girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, met at a party. The Stroll Party was hosted by Dreamland, Nantucket Island’s year-round nonprofit center.

The event was supposed to be a fun celebration, especially because it featured Linda Holliday’s daughters, Ashley and Kat Hess, who are part of the Miss Massachusetts pageant. But the mood changed when Holliday saw Jordon Hudson at the party.

As per the Dreamland incident report obtained by TMZ Sports, Holliday contacted an event official to talk about Hudson, who noted,

"After approaching Ms. Holliday, she let me (event official) know that she was upset by the presence of Jordon Hudson, the current partner of her ex-boyfriend Bill Belichick, at the party. Ms. Hudson was a paying guest."

The report further adds,

"Ms. Holliday felt her presence was inappropriate, since the event was widely advertised as a party headlined by her daughters. She asked that I remove Ms. Hudson from the premises, to which I responded that I would speak with Ms. Hudson after contacting Dreamland executive director Alicia Carney to discuss the matter."

The incident occurred around 9:30 pm at night.

Linda Holliday reportedly threatens Melissa Sapini at the party

At the Christmas party in December 2024, Alicia Carney, the event director, saw on cameras that Linda Holliday, the ex-girlfriend of Bill Belichick, and Elin Hilderbrand were acting angry and rude toward Jordon Hudson on the dance floor.

Jordon was with her friend Melissa Sapini, who is the current Ms. Massachusetts. Melissa stayed quiet and didn’t join the argument. As per the document, when an event worker spoke to Jordon about it, she denied any wrongdoing and explained her side by adding,

"It was first time attending Christmas Stroll and wanted to attend the “big party” going on that night, which happened to be the one featuring the Hess Twins. She said she was not looking to cause any problems, but just wanted to go out and have fun with her friend."

After learning that some people were unhappy with her being there, Jordon chose to leave before the party finished. As per the documents, Hudson told the event officer that Linda Holliday warned Melissa Sapini to be careful about her friends because she knows important people in the pageant world.

The message was to intimidate or pressure Melissa to stay away from Hudson. This also caused Melissa, who came with Hudson to the party, to cry in the lobby.

After coming to know that Hudson had left the party, Holliday reportedly said,

"If this didn’t involve my girls, I don’t think this would have bothered me as much, but because it did the ‘momma bear’ in me came out"

The situation got the attention because of Bill Belichick's position as a former NFL coach. The police were not involved in the incident.
