What did Liam Payne say about Louis Tomlinson in 2022? Singer criticizes Logan Paul in recent interview

Singer Louis Tomlinson seems unhappy with Logan Paul, which has something to do with his IMPAULSIVE podcast, in which Liam Payne was a guest in 2022. In an interview with The Independent, published on October 18, Tomlinson reflected on Payne’s death, among other topics. He mentioned the late singer’s appearance on Paul’s podcast, for which Payne reportedly received backlash for the comments he made. Speaking about it, Tomlinson said:

“I f***ing forever despise [Logan Paul], horrible, horrible little f***er. I think that’s also the problem with some of this new ‘media’… I would like to think most journalists.”

The interview piece mentions that following Payne’s appearance on the podcast, he received criticism for making claims like he was the band leader of One Direction. Reflecting on this claim, Tomlinson said:

“It was, definitely. It was definitely a role that was assigned to him. That is the truth.”

During the 2022 episode of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Liam Payne discussed how One Direction was formed. He said that he was not so used to being around rowdy boys. When asked if the band members were rowdy, he said a couple of them were. Speaking about Louis Tomlinson, he said:

“Louis was wild and he wanted to be wild and that's his spirit and also he's my best mate now but in the band we hated each other, like to come to blowers hate each other.”

“That's why he's out and touring at the moment as well so hats off and I know you wouldn't mind me saying any of this but he was crucial crucial crucial even without the singing at the start.”

Meanwhile, speaking about Liam Payne’s death, Louis Tomlinson said:

Louis Tomlinson said he had many fun memories with Liam Payne. Whenever he felt bored or wanted to laugh, Liam always found a way to cheer Louis up. Louis shared that even though he sometimes felt like a guest or less important, Liam always made sure to be there for him. He added that even when Liam had his own problems, he still supported others, which showed what kind of caring person he truly was.
