She said:

"There’s been a question on everybody’s minds recently, and I just have to ask, are your boobs real?"

To which the 28-year-old actress replied:

"Yes... I've never gotten any work done anywhere."

During a recent interview with Allure, she revealed one of the reasons why she has not gotten any work done on her body. Sweeney said:

"Let's debunk them all... I mean, I have never gotten work done … I am so scared of needles, you have no idea."

In another interview with Variety, which she did in October, Sydney expressed how she plans to "age gracefully."

During an interview with Glamour UK in 2023, the Echo Valley actress spoke about how she wanted to get a breast reduction surgery when she turned 18. At the time, Sydney Sweeney was in high school and shared that she was uncomfortable with the size of her breasts.

In her words:

"When I was in high school, I used to feel uncomfortable about how big my boobs were... I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get [surgery] to make them smaller."

However, it was her mother who convinced her otherwise, saying that she would ultimately regret that decision when she goes to college. Sweeney admitted that her mother was right, and said:

"And I'm so glad I didn't... I like them. They're my best friends."

Sweeney also spoke to The Times about her drastic transformation for a role in the Christy biopic. She said that she had gained more than 30 pounds and was working hard at the gym to build muscle.

She shared with WSJ Magazine:

"I weight-trained in the morning for an hour, kickboxed midday for about two hours, and then weight-trained again at night for an hour... My body was completely different... I didn't fit in any of my clothes. I'm usually a size 23 in jeans, and I was wearing a size 27. My boobs got bigger. My butt got huge. It was crazy! But it was amazing, I was so strong."
