Christopher Nolan doesn't typically make sequels, but when he does, they're exceptional. He concluded the Dark Knight trilogy with The Dark Knight Rises in 2012. While we didn't have the Joker following Heath Ledger's untimely demise, we got Tom Hardy's Bane in the final installment of the series.
The film, like its predecessors, exploded at the box office, earning over a billion dollars globally. It had a gross production budget of $250–300 million. The filming took place at various locations, which also contributed to this considerable cost.
Speaking of countries, it was shot in India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Several regions were used for its filming here. We will now see all the places within these nations that brought The Dark Knight Rises to life in this list.
