For the most crucial chunks of The Wrong Paris, Greater Vancouver was used as the primary location for its filming.

As per The Cinema Holic, the picturesque locations within the area were recreated in a way that could authentically depict Lamar County, Texas. Dawn's home in this film was shot in the Township of Langley in British Columbia. Its exact location is at Anderlini Farm at 843 248th Street, Township of Langley.

Miranda Cosgrove, in a conversation with Decider, talked about her experience filming in Canada. The actor stated:

"We had some really nice sunny days, but there were definitely a lot of rainy days too. It was my first time really experiencing Vancouver. It’s beautiful there though. We filmed it a lot of ranches, so that was really fun. I love the feeling of being on a ranch, because I’m from the city, I’m from LA, and it was a totally different pace and vibe on a ranch. I really liked it. Like, I could see myself living on a ranch some day because of it."
