Carol Davis, the wife of the late Raiders’ owner Al Davis, is dead. The businesswoman passed away on October 24, 2025, as announced by the Raiders in a statement. Carol inherited the Las Vegas Raiders team from her husband after he passed in October 2011.
Carol graduated from New York University with a degree in marketing. She and Al Davis tied the knot in 1954, and their marriage produced a son, Mark Davis, who, together with his mother, managed the team up until her passing.
In 1979, Carol survived a heart attack and a stroke that left her in a coma for over three weeks. Till she made a full recovery, her husband was by her side in the hospital.
As a tribute to his mother, Mark lit the Al Davis Memorial Torch at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 26, 2025. Carol died at the age of 93, and while she might be gone, her influence in the organisation will always be remembered.
