Elsie Hewitt, the daughter of English film director Peter Hewitt, recently announced that she is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, Pete Davidson. The model took to Instagram to announce that the couple, who have been together since March of this year, are expecting their first child.

Elsie Hewitt, who is originally from the UK, started modelling from a young age. According to IMDb, she moved to LA and later started modeling at just eighteen years old. In a 2017 interview with Playboy Magazine, she spoke about how growing up with a father who was a director convinced her that she wanted to act in movies. She said:

"I always knew I wanted to do [acting] and sort of grew up seeing it, ‘cause my dad was a director.'"

This also prompted her to start working at an early age. She said:

"I’ve been working since I was 15, and I’m totally independent."

Elsie Hewitt, who has a huge following on Instagram, generally keeps a low profile about her family. According to Distractify, her father, Peter Hewitt, was born on 9 October 1962 and grew up in Brighton, Essex, along with his six siblings.

He attended the London School of Communication, from which he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Film, Video and Photographic Arts. He later studied at the National Film and Television School, graduating in 1990.

Soon after graduating, he directed the BAFTA-winning short film, The Candy Show, which won the Best British Short Film in 1990. His other directorial projects include Bell & Ted's Bogus Journey, The Borrowers, Wild Palms, Whatever Happened to Harold Smith, The Princess of Thieves, The Maiden Heist, Garfield: The Movie, Zoom, Thunderpants, and many more.

In her Instagram post on Wednesday, Elsie Hewitt wrote:

"welp now everyone knows we had s*x.”

Elsie Hewitt and Pete Davidson were first linked together while vacationing earlier this year in March. She later posted a picture of Pete Davidson on her Instagram Stories, further confirming their relationship. In a February interview with Page Six, Pete Davidson talked about his string of high prolife relationships, saying:

"It's embarrassing because you want people to write about your work. I was one of the youngest ever cast members on ‘SNL’ and all that got pushed to the side because of who I was dating. I’ve had some pretty adult relationships with some pretty amazing women, and when it’s ended it’s been cool.”

According to his LinkedIn Profile, Peter Hewitt currently resides in Santa Monica, California.
