Kelsey Grammer has become a father of four with his wife, Kayte Walsh. Grammer also has four other children from his previous relationships and marriages. The seventy-year-old shared the news on the recent episode of Pod Meets World, hosted by Danielle Fishel, Rider Strong, and Will Friedle:
"just had our fourth one, so it just became eight kids."
Revealing further details, he said:
"It was like three days ago. Christopher that's just joined the family."
Before marrying Kayte Walsh, the actor and producer was previously married three times and has also been in two public relationships.
Kelsey Grammer's past relationships
Kelsey Grammer has previously been in a relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Barrie Buckner, for almost a year, according to Who's Dated Who. The actor also shares a daughter, Kandace "Greer" Grammer, with Buckner.
Another famous relationship was with Tammi Alexander Baliszewski, also known as Tammi Alexandar, whom he dated for almost three years starting in 1993, according to Who's Dated Who. The two were also engaged at that time. However, Grammer later broke up with her and eventually married Camille Grammer.
Talking about their engagement, Tammi said in a statement reported by Today:
"We were in the back of the limo and he said he was looking for a diamond for me and I was shocked. I mean, we'd only been seeing each other for three months, so it wasn't very long. And he said he couldn't afford it yet...About 10 minutes later, he got down on his knee in the limo and proposed to me."
The two also later appeared on People Magazine's cover. Speaking of how she coped after the breakup, she added:
"When I was hurting to that degree. I thought, 'There is nothing I can do to make myself feel better.' I called my therapist, my priest, my friends, and really no one wanted to speak with me. I felt very, very, very alone, like I was brought to my knees and had some serious heart-to-heart conversations with God."
Camille and Kelsey got divorced in 2011, and the same year, he married his now wife, Kayte Walsh. Talking about Camille, Tammi told Radar in a 2018 report:
"I have immense compassion for what Camille is going through"
She added:
"I gave her (Camille) a copy of my book. She says its been a great support to her. I really hope it has been because she truly deserves it."
