Prominent Hollywood director, producer, actor, comic writer, and activist Rob Reiner, 78, and his wife, Michele Singer, 68, were fatally stabbed at their home in Brentwood, Los Angeles, on December 14.The couple’s younger son, Nick Reiner, 32, has been arrested and charged with two counts of felony murder. Their son, Nick, joined them. However, Nick appeared dishevelled and was dressed casually, stirring conversation among the guests who were otherwise well-dressed. During the party, Nick reportedly “interrupted” Bill Hader in the middle of a “private conversation.” Witnesses told NBC News that the misunderstanding with Hader seemingly upset Nick as he stormed off. Not only that, but the Being Charlie writer reportedly had a heated verbal exchange with his dad. The incidents forced his parents to leave the party prematurely. Around 4 AM, Nick Reiner checked into the Pierside Hotel in Santa Monica. The next afternoon, a masseuse arrived at Rob Reiner’s $13.5 million house for a scheduled appointment but left after nobody responded to her repeated calls.
