Navarone Garibaldi Garcia has been named as a defendant in Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko’s $50 million lawsuit for alleged breach of business contract, which also mentions Hollywood star John Travolta, according to exclusive legal documents obtained by Globe.

Navarone, 38, is the son of businesswoman-actress Priscilla Presley and her former partner, Marco Garibaldi Garcia, who is a music producer/ computer programmer. He is the lead singer of the Los Angeles-based rock band, Them Guns.

Kruse and Fialko, who are the former business associates of Priscilla and headed her company, Priscilla Presley Partners, have alleged in the civil suit that they helped Navarone Garibaldi Garcia obtain a “seven-figure” settlement from his late half-sister Lisa Marie Presley’s estate. However, they didn’t get anything in return for their favor.

According to the plaintiffs, Navarone acted “wilfully, maliciously, oppressively, and despicably” after Lisa Marie’s demise. The musician’s name got included in the lawsuit, which was originally filed against his mother earlier this month.

In it, Kruse and Fialko have accused Priscilla of “pulling the plug” on her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, in 2023, seemingly to take control over her ex-husband and Lisa’s father, Elvis Presley’s multimillion-dollar estate.

All about Navarone Garibaldi Garcia

Priscilla Presley and Marco Garibaldi Garcia began dating in 1983. Four years later, they welcomed their only son, Navarone Anthony Garibaldi Garcia, in Santa Monica, California, in March 1987. The couple parted ways in 2006 and Navarone was raised by a single mother.

During a February 2023 interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia shared his experience of growing up while having a famous mom.

“I got in trouble more than everybody else, because kids' parents would find out who my mom was, and they'd want a reason to talk to her. I wasn't very comfortable with it.”

Navarone has been a founding member and lead vocalist of Them Guns since 2012. The band has performed at sold-out venues in California, including the Viper Room and the Troubador. In April 2013, they also toured across England, including at the London-based Kings Head Club.

His inspiration includes Nirvana, Nine Inch Nails, Kings of Leon, and Chemical Brothers.

Speaking with the publication about his career two years ago, Garibaldi Garcia stated:

“I thought, ‘Okay, I'm going into the family business. I'll write a song, and then we'll start touring it.’ I didn't realize it takes way more than that.”

In the same interview, the musician spoke about his “big passion” of collecting reptiles, including snakes and lizards, which he has had since he was a “little kid.”

"Music and reptiles have always been side by side," he acknowledged.

Navarone Garibaldi Garcia also shared that he grew up thinking his father had moved to the USA from Italy. But in 2017, he discovered his roots lay in Brazil when a “cousin” contacted him.

The musician explained that his attempt to reconnect with his dad didn’t end well. However, he is now in close touch with his paternal side of the family in Brazil.

“I lost one family member, but I gained 20-plus. I have zero regrets,” Navarone noted.

Navarone Garibaldi Garcia is a married man. He walked down the aisle with his four-year-long girlfriend, Elisa Achilli, in her Swiss hometown. He called his wife “understanding and supportive,” who made everything he did “effortless.” Priscilla and Marco’s son shared that he couldn’t imagine his life without Achilli.

Meanwhile, Elisa returned the favor and told PEOPLE:

“Navarone is truly the most genuine, sweet and sensitive man I have ever known, and I'm so lucky that after four years of long-distance, we can start our life together as husband and wife.”

Like his half-sister, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia also has a history of substance abuse. As a teenager, he was addicted to heroin and fentanyl. However, he has been sober since 2020, thanks to Elisa Achilli.

“I was under the impression I was doing heroin, but then it'd turn out to be fentanyl. That was a whole different beast. I became so addicted that I'd need it every 45 minutes,” Navarone Garibaldi Garcia told PEOPLE.

His struggle with addiction and near-death experience were also documented in Priscilla Presley’s 2025 memoir Softly as I Leave You: Life After Elvis.

Speaking to the outlet in September, Priscilla shared that she was “really happy” for his son’s sobriety and to know that he was in a “good place” and “made it” in his life.

Despite the allegations against him regarding Lisa Marie Presley’s death, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia attended his sister’s funeral in January 2023 at Elvis Presley’s home in Tennessee, called Graceland.

Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie’s children, including Riley Keough, were also in attendance.

Lisa Marie died at her home in California from a cardiac arrest at the age of 54, which was a result of surgery-related complications. In the wake of her death, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia paid his tribute. He shared an image from his childhood with Lisa and wrote on Instagram:

“Big sister… I hope you are now at peace and happy with your Dad and your son by your side. I know the past couple of years weren’t easy for you, and I wish things had been different between us. Regardless, you are my sister and I’m sending love and prayers for your journey home. I still can’t believe this, I’m lost for words. Love you, sis. Beijos.”

Meanwhile, according to the ongoing lawsuit, upon Lisa Marie’s demise, Priscilla went to court against her granddaughter, Riley Keough. The latter was eventually forced to pay her grandmother $1 million, including a share of Graceland and a 15 per cent stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

The plaintiffs have argued that they helped the mother-son duo to make the deal with Riley Keough and “spent countless hours negotiating” on their behalf, finally earning him a lump sum amount.

The same lawsuit has also claimed that John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, allegedly used Riley’s eggs to conceive their youngest child, Benjamin Travolta, 15. Travolta is yet to respond to the claims, while Priscilla has vehemently denied them, calling the accusations “reckless and irrelevant” in their ongoing legal battle.
