The songs of Wicked: For Good have been written by Stephen Schwartz. Along with the theatrical and mystical appeal of the soundtracks, what also makes them feel more special and personal is that the cast themselves have sung these songs. The soundtrack has been released by record companies Verve Records and Republic Records.

In a soundtrack filled with a total of 11 songs, Ariana Grande performs in six songs and Cynthia Erivo in seven songs.

Here are all the songs of Wicked: For Good:

In fact, two distinct songs in the film have been specially composed for Elphaba and Glinda - Ariana Grande's The Girl in the Bubble and Cynthia Erivo's No Place Like Home. In the Schwartz Scene issue of Fall 2022, Stephen Schwartz spoke about it:

"There are two new songs in the second movie that are complete songs in themselves, and then there are new sections in some of the existing songs in both movies. All the new material, of course, is to meet the demands of the storytelling."

In a separate interview with RadioTimes, the composer expressed his gratitude to pen these songs for Wicked: For Good. He also explained how the division of the story into two films helped in giving more space to include these songs that serve as two distinct voices for the characters of Elphaba and Glinda, as he stated:

"We weren't really able to get the whole story into one movie without it being far too long,"

Adding:

"[But] it did leave some room for exploration that has led to a couple of new songs, and it's just been a privilege to be able to write with the voices of Cynthia and Ariana in mind."

The soundtrack of Wicked: For Good has garnered three nominations at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards. Along with the album, the solo songs by Erivo and Grande made it into the list of nominees.

The musical album is available on mainstream platforms including Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. On the official website of Republic Records, several vinyl versions of the soundtrack are available, too. You shall also find different vinyls of its album at Target, Barnes & Noble, Amazon and Walmart.
