Congratulations are in order for Inga Cadranel (Harmony Miller, General Hospital). The Canadian actress is now an official citizen of the United States!

Several of the actress' GH co-stars shared their congratulations, including Katelyn MacMullen (Willow Tait), Johnny Wactor (Brando Corbin), Cameron Mathison (Drew Cain), and Coby Ryan McLaughlin (ex-Shiloh).

Cadranel was born in North America to immigrant parents: an Icelandic mother and Spanish/Egyptian father, who were both artists and served as an inspiration for the actress as she carved out her own career path in the entertainment industry. As a performer, Cadranel's credits include Workin' Moms, Tacoma FD, Dark Matter, Orphan Black, Rent-a-Goalie, Jeff Ltd, and GH, the last of which she's been a part of since 2019. The actress is also an accomplished musician, singer, and songwriter.

Cadranel isn't the first GH star to become a US citizen this year. Less than two weeks ago, Sofia Mattsson (Sasha Gilmore) shared a photo from her swearing-in ceremony with the caption, "So honored and proud to have become a U.S. Citizen today! I'm so grateful to this country for all the opportunities I've been given and for helping me make my dreams come true!"
