Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on General Hospital

As soon as Anna said that DNA proved that the John Doe just brought into General Hospital was Nathan West, we said, "Nahhhh..." First, it's Soap Opera 101. If a back-from-the-dead mystery character can be identified on day 2 of their return, then they are definitely NOT who they were identified as. WAAYYYY too simple and easy. Yes, Britt's identity came quickly, but not as quickly as that. We saw the character for about two weeks before we learned she was Britt, not under two days. Plus, Britt's resurrection kinda made sense because we knew she was up to something the night of the hook attack, and we suspected she might have wanted to fake her own death, but actually died instead. We were wrong because she did indeed fake her own death. And she definitely was not overjoyed to see her resurrected "brother" because she clearly knows exactly who this man is, and he's not Nathan. We suspect the rumors are true, and this is Nathan with Cesar Faison's brain because that bizarre brain-in-a-jar scene from seven years ago had to come back to haunt us at some point, right? The only thing us Naxie fans can hope for at some point is to learn that Nathan's brain is also in a jar somewhere in Kevin Collins' office, so this mess can be fixed by the time Kirsten Storms returns.
