What happened on General Hospital

Kristina entered Alexis' office with some herbal tea to calm her mother's nerves. Alexis was busy editing her opening statement. Alexis was panicked at the thought of losing access to Scout. When Drew and Willow arrived, Drew demanded they leave for court, but Alexis told him Willow was not yet ready.
Alexis wanted to make sure Willow presented herself well in court, even if she didn't testify. Willow needed to keep a straight face and show barely any emotion during testimony.
In the Q kitchen, Michael recalled getting back into his car in the rain the night Drew was shot. Before he could remember too much, Tracy walked in and told Michael that she'd been to the crypt to talk to Monica.
"I wanted to assure her that I am going to do everything I can to protect you in court," Tracy said. "That's assuming I need protection," Michael responded. "Don't you?" Tracy asked.
Michael hated that Tracy had to perjure herself for him, but swore that he didn't shoot Drew. "Usually, I can tell when someone is lying to me. But you're like my father. There's a steeliness about you, especially when you're hiding something," she said. Michael claimed he wasn't lying, but Tracy wasn't sure that she could believe him.
"You will do anything you can to protect your family, which includes getting on the stand and lying through your teeth. Luckily, I am willing to do the same," Tracy declared.
Michael thanked Tracy for having his back, but she said it was her job now as head of the family. "For what it's worth, I think my grandmother chose a worthy successor. I have no doubt that the family's in good hands."
At the General Hospital nurses' hub, Britt read Rocco's text from the night before. She tried to return the text, but Elizabeth spotted her and said, "I hope that's work-related." Liz asked to see Britt's phone, but she refused to hand it over. She was then surprised when Lucas handed Britt the letter of recommendation he had promised to the medical review board.
Britt wasn't happy that Lucas only praised her medical skills and not her bedside manner. She walked away to take her break and tried to return Rocco's text.
Dante stopped by Lulu's house in the morning to see how Rocco was doing, but he had already left for school. Lulu told him that Rocco seemed to be in a slightly better mood. "I don't want to jinx it, but maybe things are looking up," Lulu said. "If you just give Rocco some space, I bet he'll come around."
Lulu was pleased to learn that Gio had reached out to Dante so they could get along for Rocco's sake. Lulu was fine with Gio joining them for a tree-trimming party.
After Dante left, Lulu heard a text come in on the tablet Rocco had left on the couch. She was horrified to see it was from Britt. She headed straight to the hospital to chastise Britt for texting with Rocco.
"Rocco is nearly grown. He is old enough to decide who he wants in his life. You keep this up, you'll push him away," Britt warned. Lulu didn't care and announced she was blocking Britt's number from Rocco's phone.
Curtis stopped into Portia's hospital room to take her home, but Portia said there had been a change of plans. She had only agreed to go home with Curtis cause Trina was in the room. Curtis tried to talk her out of the decision, but Portia wouldn't budge.
Curtis gave in and promised to keep Portia updated on the happenings at Willow's trial. "It's going to drive me insane wondering if you or I are going to get thrown under the bus."
After Curtis left, Portia tried to relax, but suddenly Brad appeared out of nowhere. "I hear congratulations are in order," he said. Brad was as obnoxious and bodacious as ever as he explained why he was back in Port Charles. Portia knew it was because he had run through all the money that Drew had given him.
Brad tried to blackmail Portia again before Isaiah walked in and asked what was going on. He kicked Brad out of her room. Once alone, Portia told Isaiah to be careful around Brad. "He has this incredible talent for sniffing out secrets, so if he finds out that we're involved, it could be disastrous for both of us," she said.
When Isaiah heard that Portia was not going home with Curtis, he asked if she wanted to stay with him at the cabin.
Later, Brad waited by the elevators as Lucas got off. They made some awkward small talk. Brad asked if Lucas was too busy for a personal life. "I manage to juggle both," Lucas said. He told Brad that he had moved in with Marco at Wyndemere.
After Lucas excused himself, Britt spotted Brad, who was just as angry with her as everyone else for making them believe she was dead. He said he would consider forgiving her if she watched the Oscars red carpet coverage with him while eating rocky road ice cream.
