Gio returned to Bobbie's to meet up with Emma and the group for the break-in at Dalton's lab. He knew that the pity party she was displaying wasn't the real version of her. Emma was concerned that Charlotte didn't know Britt well enough to catch her off guard, but Gio was confident Rocco would handle it. Knowing how important this was to Emma, Gio assured her that Charlotte and Rocco disliked Dalton as well. Encouraged by Gio's support, Emma left Bobbie's to change into her heist outfit.

Ned arrived at Bobbie's, and Gio shared his happiness that the family had regained the Q mansion. Ned thanked Gio for his part in persuading Tracy to apologize to Ronnie, which helped restore peace within the family. They shared kind words and bonded a bit, but Emma returned, and Ned left to take a call.

Chase visited Willow again, showing her as drawing from Amelia. Willow was disheartened at how much she missed out on her children's lives while in prison. Chase wanted to focus on getting Willow out of prison, and the two held hands. Alexis arrived soon after and urged Chase not to have physical contact with Willow, as it could be used against her, as it violated the prison's rules. Willow apologized for getting Chase in hot water and confessed to Alexis how she felt like she was drowning.

Alexis hinted she might secure Willow's release. She told Willow, "You were arraigned with Nina. I've petitioned for your release alone." Alexis felt her arguments and witnesses were strong enough to get bail. Chase then shared he had pursued his own investigation into Drew's shooting, believing the PCPD overlooked evidence.

Chase was sure Willow was innocent and determined to prove it. Alexis said she had new leads and would update them. Chase’s investigation questioned Michael’s shaky alibi and his relationship with Jacinda. Nothing proved Michael’s guilt, but Chase noted, "Michael said he was with Jacinda all night until Brook Lynn called about Wiley’s bad dream and then returned to the Quartermaines." If Jacinda had another client that night, Michael's alibi would fall apart.

Drew asked Jacinda why she stayed as Crimson’s receptionist, questioning if it was worth risking prison. He accused Michael of orchestrating his shooting and warned her not to cover for him. She dismissed his threats. Drew threatened to press charges over being drugged, but Nina stepped in and demanded to know why he was harassing Jacinda.

Drew doubted Jacinda would stay at Crimson, but Nina praised her assistant. Though Drew had no appointment, Nina invited him to speak privately. Drew and Nina spoke with Alexis and turned their focus to Michael. To ruin Michael’s alibi, they debated whether to cut Jacinda out or wait for Michael to dismiss her. Nina favored keeping Jacinda, believing Michael would eventually end things himself.

Drew hoped Jacinda would heed his advice and leave while she could. Nina asked Jacinda to contact Michael and insisted that it be a face-to-face meeting.

Nina explained that Michael was forced to pretend he and Jacinda had a real relationship. Drew believed he could manage that. Nina countered that doing so would still put his children at risk. Nina wanted to manufacture a situation where Michael's association with Jacinda, a sex worker, would threaten his parental image. She needed Michael to drop Jacinda himself, destroying his alibi and shifting suspicion back on him.

Michael visited Sonny’s house, where they discussed Thanksgiving and Michael’s surprise at how fast it approached. Sonny noted the holiday would be tough without the kids’ mother. He hinted that a new suspect could cast doubt on Willow’s guilt but wouldn’t reveal a name, assuring Michael that Alexis was investigating.

Michael thought someone was setting something up, and Sonny wanted Michael to see that Willow wasn't the only possibility. Michael refused to be blind to the potential danger that Willow posed, and his focus on her could backfire, making him appear guilty. Sonny believed the best outcome for everyone was for Willow to be acquitted of all charges. Michael wasn't certain that the case would disappear if Willow were freed of the charges. He and Sonny had a tense few moments before Donna showed up to ease the situation.

Michael understood the legal reasoning but doubted Willow’s release was best for his kids. After he left, ADA Turner arrived at Sonny's house with a flat tire and asked to come in, which Sonny allowed. Turner was fortunate that Sonny owned a fleet of tow trucks, which ensured she got home safely.

At General Hospital, Portia asked Isaiah about his upcoming transplant, expressing excitement to have him on the surgical team. Felicia interrupted to ask if Portia saw Willow at the hospital the night of the shooting. Portia recalled being with Isaiah that night and confessed she hadn’t seen Willow while on call. Portia realized that to account for her location on the night of Drew's shooting, she'd have to come clean about her tryst in the sheets with Isaiah.

Felicia reviewed the on-call log from the night of Drew’s shooting and found Portia wasn’t where she claimed to be. She called Alexis to report that Portia’s alibi had fallen apart, and Portia's whereabouts that night were unknown.

Brook Lynn pulled Dante aside to discuss a legal issue and first asked for his confidentiality. He was reluctant to get involved, especially since she confessed it related to a crime. Brook Lynn worried Chase was too deeply involved in Willow’s trial and didn’t want her husband caught in Willow and Michael’s feud. Dante assured her that Chase wouldn’t let friendship cloud his judgment.

Brook Lynn argued the case was complicated because Michael might be guilty. She asked Dante if he thought Michael shot Drew. Dante was unsure but said Michael was capable of framing Willow.

Michael visited Nina’s office, where she threatened to fight for grandparent rights. He allowed her to see the children but set strict boundaries on what she could say about Willow. If she crossed the line, he would revoke her visitation rights.

Outside Bobbie’s, Drew and Ned argued over Drew’s ties to the Quartermaines and their heirlooms. Ned threatened a lawsuit but collapsed, apparently from a heart attack. Drew accused Ned of faking and left him there.
