General Hospital Spoilers, May 23: Will Jason bring Willow a Michael-sized surprise?

What to expect on General Hospital

While the Nurses' Ball audience reels from one major moment on stage that will change people's lives forever, they need to gear up for another moment that will stun all, especially Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew (Cameron Mathison).

Willow tells Drew that she is ready to end her fight over her kids already, but she doesn't realize that the fight is only getting started. Michael is on his way back to Port Charles. When Jason (Steve Burton) gets a mysterious phone call, it's a pretty good bet Michael is calling from the plane or airstrip. He's about to rock Willow's world — and not in a good way. Uh-oh, Willow.

Lois and Lulu in the hot seat

Gio's (Giovanni Mazza) grandparents are absolutely stunned by Gio's very unexpected performance on the Nurses' Ball stage. Ned (Wally Kurth), Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), and Sonny (Maurice Benard) want answers. Sonny is sure that Lois has to have them. They just have to track her down.

Carly (Laura Wright) has no problem tracking down Lulu (Alexa Havins) and taking her to task for not minding her own business. With her lack of self-awareness on full display as someone who always has to butt in, Carly warns Lulu that she better have a very good explantion for what she did when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) inevitably starts asking questions.

Oddly enough, Carly receives an offer by the end of the night. Does it have anything to do with Lulu's big mouth or Michael's return?

What about Tracy?

Gio's great-grandmother didn't get to be there for the big reveal because she is still causing a ruckus in the PCPD interrogation room. She loudly demands to be set free, but Drew planted evidence to make it look like she drugged him.

Mac (John J. York) doesn't seem to believe Tracy (Jane Elliot) is guilty of what Drew accused her of, but he has to follow the law, and right now, all fingers point to Tracy. When Mac finds himself relieved, is it because he is told he can let Tracy go, so he doesn't have to listen to her anymore?
