It took General Hospital's Chase an entire episode to do it, but he finally managed to convince Brook Lynn to put him in charge of the Q Thanksgiving. Brook Lynn did her best to get Chase to see that a Thanksgiving Day turkey is never meant to be for the Qs, but Chase disagrees.
Will General Hospital's Chase learn?

Chase (Josh Swickard) isn't the first person to marry into the Q clan to try their hand at a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Brook Lynn's (Amanda Setton) stepmom, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), has spent years trying to get it right, but even she has given up and now wants to put a pizza oven in the Q kitchen since the family ends up eating pizza anyway.
However, Chase believes the reason the Qs haven't been able to get Thanksgiving right for the last three decades is that he and Brook Lynn have not tried their hands at cooking yet. This year, Chase thinks it is the first time the Qs will eat a turkey on Thanksgiving in 30 years. In 2022, the Qs even had a live turkey wandering the house, but they still haven't had a perfectly cooked turkey on the table since the early 1990s.
Pass the pizza?

So, will the Qs be eating pizza this year or turkey? Josh Swickard has dropped some hints.
"I don’t want to say Chase is central to it, but he’s definitely part of it, and there’s a sweet tip of the hat to Monica that the writers did a beautiful job with, in my opinion," Swickard previewed in Soap Opera Digest. "We know that historically, with the preparing of the food, things usually don’t go as planned. I can’t give away what happens, but as an actor, it was really fun… and I would almost venture to say that what happens is something that the fans probably wouldn’t guess."
This year, Thanksgiving is coming a little late to Port Charles as General Hospital had an unscheduled preemption for MLB playoffs this fall, but expect to enjoy a Q Thanksgiving on Monday, December 1. Hopefully, Tracy (Jane Elliot) will be back by then. We also hope Chase can keep his mind off Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), who is busy marrying Drew (Cameron Mathison) in his living room.
