Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) reinforced the fact that Drew (Cameron Mathison) is a bad father when she told Molly (Kristen Vaganos) that he never attends any of Scout's activities, and the little girl spends most of her time alone in her room. Maybe Aleixis had the right idea when she decided to fight for custody of Scout, because now her granddaughter is missing.

Drew is completely freaked out, but maybe he will realize he needs to keep track of his child better. Did someone take Scout, or did she run away? Will she turn up at the Quartermaine mansion, where she would prefer to live?

Drew also encounters Willow (Katelyn MacMullen,) and it does not go well at all. Does it go better than Willow's encounter with Lucas (Van Hansis)? The two have another argument, but Willow thinks Lucas should be able to see her point of view since he fell for Brad, who turned out to be a baby switcher.

When Jason (Steve Burton) summons Alexis, does he think she might have something to do with what happened to Scout?

While Gio (Giovanni Mazza) thinks Emma (Braedyn Bruner) should give up on her quest to break into Professor Dalton's (Daniel Goddard) lab, Emma is not ready to give up just yet. However, she has no idea she is interfering with a big WSB operation.

In Croatia, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) knows she can't remain on strike forever, but for now, she is going to enjoy some pool time. Does she realize she needs to avoid Josslyn (Eden McCoy), who is spending some alone time with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) in their hotel room?

Carly (Laura Wright) is still smarting from Lucas moving out on her over what he thinks Sonny (Maurice Benard) did to Marco (Adrian Anchondo). To that end, Carly decides to have a chat with Marco about his relationship with Lucas, as well as his relationship with his father.
