General Hospital Spoilers, January 13: Anything can happen as Willow's trial draws to a close

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

What to expect on General Hospital

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is now armed with the knowledge that Wiley (Viron Weaver) called Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) the night that Drew (Cameron Mathison) was shot, and that Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) heard Wiley's ringtone right in the living room. That leaves very little doubt that Alexis is defending the guilty party, but he also knows she has to defend her client to the best of her ability.

As closing arguments are about to begin, Drew makes Willow a promise. Willow doesn't want to hear Drew's promises anymore, but she puts on a sweet smile and tells her husband that she trusts him. Does Drew also make some threats? Does he put Alexis on notice again?

Trina is there to see what Alexis will do, which leaves Curtis (Donnell Turner) perplexed. He has no idea why his daughter is so interested in this case. What will she tell him?

Valentin's daring move

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is getting tired of living in Carly's (Laura Wright) attic, doing nothing while Jack (Chris McKenna) continues to live the good life. He knows he has to do something, so he alarms Carly and tells her that he needs to take a risk.

Carly wants to know what kind of risk. Is Valentin going to don a disguise and go lurking around Port Charles, trying to get his own dirt on Jack? Is Carly moving too slowly for him? Valentin better hope Carly doesn't want to help. As Jason can tell him, things always seem to go wrong when he does that.

Sidwell means business

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is just happy to be a doctor again and all she wants to do is deliver babies. Unfortunately, she is still under Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) thumb and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) stops by GH to remind her that her main job is to do his dad's bidding. Britt just wants to be left alone, but Marco assures her that is not going to happen.

Over at Wyndemere, a very confident Sidwell tells Jordan (Tanisha Harper) that he always gets what he wants. It's Jordan's job to figure out exactly what Sidwell really wants.
