General Hospital Spoilers, November 11: Another Quartermaine tragedy as Ned's life is on the line?

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

The Quartermaines just had to bury poor Monica (the late Leslie Charleson) and were nearly swindled out of their home, and now Ned (Wally Kurth) finds himself lying unconscious outside Bobbie's after an apparent heart attack.

Emma (Braedyn Bruner) and Gio (Giovanni Mazza) are inside, plotting how they are going to break into Professor Dalton's (Daniel Goddard) lab while the mayoral debate is going on. They decide it's finally time to put their plan into action, but when they step outside, they find Ned lying on the ground and rush him to General Hospital.

While college students Emma and Gio tend to Ned, the high schoolers in on their plan are ready for action. Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) tells Rocco (Finn Carr) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) that they need to listen to her plan.

Brook Lynn wants answers

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is a little disturbed by the fact that her husband has been visiting Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) in Pentonville, and not for police business. She was a little put off by how concerned Chase (Josh Swickard) had been about Willow, but she didn't think that he was seeing his ex-wife behind her back.

Brook Lynn confronts Chase and asks him for an explanation. Why is he visiting Willow and why has he been hiding these visits from her? Will Chase tell Brook Lynn that he has been helping track down Drew's (Cameron Mathison) real shooter in his spare time? Will Brook Lynn find that to be weird, since it actually is weird? Maybe Chase should re-examine his priorities.

A game of chess?

Michael (Rory Gibson) makes yet another unexpected move when he has a run-in with Nina (Cynthia Watros). This is his second one of the day. Michael seems to always be one step ahead of Nina, who is sure that Michael won't go public with his alleged relationship with Jacinda (Paige Herschell).

However, she underestimates Michael when he takes the former call girl/current assistant to dinner in the Metro Court Gardens. Nina is shocked to see them, but more shocked at how sure Michael is that Willow will be convicted. She's determined to learn what Michael has up his sleeve.
