What to expect on General Hospital
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) nearly lost her mind (as usual) when she learned her visitation hearing had been moved to January. She hasn't seen both of her kids together since May, meaning it would be eight months without them if she waits until January.
Imagine her surprise when she returns home to Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) house to find Michael (Rory Gibson) waiting for her. He tells her that he wants her to see the kids. Is he trying to trick her, or does he just mean he wants her to see them, but he has to listen to court orders?
Perhaps Michael is feeling generous and wasn't expecting the visitation hearing to be delayed. However, someone's alibi is also set to fall apart on Thursday. Would that be Willow's alibi or Michael's? Willow has no issue letting Michael pay for this crime, even if he didn't commit it. Will his new attitude change Willow's attitude?
Carly's on the warpath
Carly (Laura Wright) might not know that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is a WSB agent, but thanks to Jack's (Chris McKenna) latest assignment, Carly knows that Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) is a WSB agent. Josslyn put on a tear-filled act to throw her mother off her scent, but that doesn't mean Carly isn't furious. She wants to know how Jack could have allowed this to happen?
Meanwhile, Joss tells Vaughn that her mother now knows that he is a WSB agent and wants to know how something like that could have happened. Maybe he should ask his boss.
Britt confronts 'Nathan'
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is surprised to see the man who looks just like Nathan (Ryan Paeey) up and about in his regular clothing. He is ready to leave the hospital, and spoilers say he makes a declaration.

Britt is also set to lash out at someone on Thursday. Since she seems to know something is not right with her alleged brother, will she reveal who he truly is and what has been going on over the last few years? Or will we still be wondering how both of Liesl's (Kathleen Gati) children turned up alive after all this time?
