Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has a lot of questions to answer about Drew (Cameron Mathison) and the night he was shot — and so does Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), but she fears being questioned about Willow. Liz tells Lucas (Van Hansis) that if anyone asks her about Willow's whereabouts and mental state the night before, she has to tell the truth.

Chase (Josh Swickard) has been going to bat for Willow for weeks and tried to convince Anna that she didn't shoot Drew. Of course, Anna (Finola Hughes) reminded him to put his objective detective hat back on. When Chase questions Willow, the first thing she asks him is whether she still intends to get back together with Drew. Does she? Does she still think this man, who was recently shot, is the best bet for getting her kids back?

Meanwhile, Nina (Cynthia Watros) receives a tempting proposition. Does Willow turn to her for help?

Drew hasn't changed

A near-death experience hasn't changed Drew Cain at all. He's as obsessed with Willow as ever and ready to throw Michael (Rory Gibson) under the bus. He even infers that Curtis (Donnell Turner) is the one who shot him, but who really shot him doesn't seem to be of any concern to Drew if he can use his shooting to hurt his nephew.

Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) might hold more answers than they think. Nobody knows that they were in Drew's house when he was shot, but Kai thinks he has found a way to get the police off their scent.

Trina also opens up to Emma (Braedyn Bruner). Does she tell her friend that she and Kai broke into Drew's house?

After her talk with Jack (Chris McKenna), Lulu (Alexa Havins) has to decide what to do about Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Does she let her daughter see Valentin and go against all her better instincts?

Lulu turns to Carly (Laura Wright) for advice on this matter since she knows Jack well. Carly seems to think that Lulu should listen to Jack. She trusts her boyfriend implicitly, but may soon learn why she shouldn't.
