What to expect on General Hospital

Now that it's a brand-new year, Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) trial is set to resume and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has to figure out how to use that anonymous letter she received just after Portia's (Brook Kerr) disastrous testimony.
The problem is, if Alexis uses the information in the letter, she risks losing Kristina. When Kristina (Kate Mansi) learns that Alexis plans to somehow let the jury know that Michael (Rory Gibson) was at Drew's (Cameron Mathison) house—— the night he was shot, she goes into a tailspin and lashes out at her mother.
"You're framing my brother for something he didn't do?!?!" Kristina asks in shock. Alexis is going to have to explain the anonymous letter, but will Kristina run to Michael with the information immediately?
Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Justine (Nazneen Contractor) prepare for the trial, as well. Justine thinks that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) just dug Willow's grave with Portia's testimony, and she plans to finish the job. Justine thinks she has all the evidence she needs to put Willow away for a long, long time.
Jordan's ultimate plan

Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) are an official couple again, so they are spending as much time together as possible. Curtis questions Jordan's motives with Sidwell (Carlo Rota), since he sees how much she loves everything Sidwell can give her.
Jordan doesn't apologize for her new life. In fact, she tells Curtis that she is going to enjoy it until she takes him down. She doesn't have the evidence she needs yet, but she is starting to figure out where Sidwell's weaknesses come from.
Laura's marching orders

Sidwell is not playing games when it comes to Laura (Genie Francis) and tells Marco (Adrian Anchondo) that he has her under his control. He won't let Laura forget what she stands to lose if she disobeys him in any way. He hates to have to do this, but the Port Charles voters gave him no choice.
When Laura receives her next set of marching orders, she knows she has to play along because that is all part of Sonny's (Maurice Benard) plan to beat Sidwell at his own game.
