What to expect on General Hospital

Too many strange things have been happening lately for Anna (Finola Hughes) not to take things seriously when it comes to Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Sure, he is supposed to be dead, with his brain ending up in a jar on Kevin Collins' (Jon Lindstrom) desk, but Anna now can't be sure. Jack (Chris McKenna) has been cryptic and Faison's two presumed-dead kids are back among the living.

A frantic Anna tells Jason (Steve Burton) that if Faison is still alive, she has to be the one to finish him. Will Jason be able to calm Anna down and get her to think logically or does she now have a one-track mind?

One of Faison's returned kids (if that is who he really is) has to deal with Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). Nathan (Ryan Paevey) meets with them to talk about James (Gary James Fuller) and realizes that they do not want him to pursue custody of the little boy. Do they even suspect that something may be off here?

Gio's the voice of reason

When Gio (Giovanni Mazza) finally relents and visits the Q mansion to get to know his family better, he is shocked to find Tracy (Jane Elliot) there all alone when he thought she had been kicked out. Tracy tells Gio that there's been a reversal of fortune. This is her house now, and everyone can go.

Gio takes it upon himself to reason with his newfound great-grandmother. Will he convince her to be nicer to Ronnie (Erika Slezak) so everyone will come home? Will Gio also decide to move back to the mansion after all these months?

Remembering Sam

With the anniversary of Sam's (Kelly Monaco) death here, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and her daughters just want to spend time with Scout (Cosette Abinante), as does Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), but big, bad Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) won't allow it.

Danny feels terrible and tells Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that he feels like he let his mom down because he hasn't been able to look out for his little sister. Will Alexis finally decide to take charge and sue Drew for custody of Scout?
