Port Charles Predictions: What will happen at Willow and Drew's General Hospital wedding?

It's the wedding that nobody wanted — except for the two General Hospital characters planning to get married this week. Sure, Willow and Drew have had to practically beg people to attend their wedding, but they don't seem to take that as a sign that this might be a very bad idea. With so many secrets looming between them and with others, just about anything can happen.

Here comes the delusional bride

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) goes into her wedding day sure that Drew (Cameron Mathison) will take care of everything and get her children back under her roof. If getting married doesn't convince the judge, Drew's plans to make Michael (Rory Gibson) look like an opioid addict will do the trick in Willow's delusional mind. She sees no problem with Drew blackmailing Portia (Brook Kerr) into altering Michael's medical records, but Portia sees a problem with it. She also sees a problem with Willow.

Nina also sees a problem with Willow, as does Aunt Liesl (Kathleen Gati) — and even Drew. They know something is very off with the young woman. Even Drew wonders if he pushed Willow too far, as he suspects she is the one who was stalking Michael's new baby, driving Miss Daisy and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) out of town.

With Willow operating like a ticking time bomb about to go off, her wedding can be a powder keg of fun, so which secrets could be revealed, and how will the bride, groom, and (limited number of) guests react?

Portia told Curtis (Donnell Turner) that if he had an ace up his sleeve, he had better use it fast before Drew marries Willow, makes more demands, and ruins their lives. Curtis didn't want to betray a friend, but he finally decided to hang Nina (Cynthia Watros) out to dry. Willow is now aware of Nina and Drew's affair. When she confronts her mother, will Nina tell the truth? Nina has been determined to do something in a last-minute bid to get Willow not to marry the man who has ruined her life, so this could be it.

Willow also has a big secret that both Nina and Drew have caught on to. She spent several weeks sneaking into the Q mansion to stalk Michael's new baby. Drew actually looked genuinely concerned when he figured out what Willow had been up to while he was casting a nation-altering vote in DC.

Is it possible that Drew will actually do the right thing and realize he is the one who turned Willow into the hot mess she is today? His guilt could force him to call off the wedding, shocking all.

Then again, Willow could still walk down the aisle and prepare to marry Drew before she is the one who calls the whole thing off, going scorched Earth on just about everyone there. If this new Willow emerges, watch out...
