From General Hospital fans to Port Charles residents, just about everyone knows Willow Tait is not of sound mind and body at the moment. The character has gone from clueless and delusional to having a full-blown mental health crisis in a matter of weeks. We thought we saw the change when Willow woke in the ER after losing custody of her kids, but now we think we witnessed her other personality emerge in real time.
Portia's big General Hospital surprise

Portia (Brook Kerr) thought that if she just told Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) what Drew (Cameron Mathison) was up to with Michael's (Rory Gibson) medical records that she could reach the girl and convince her not to marry a monster. At first, Willow brushed Portia off and thought she was just trying to disparage Drew as everyone else in her life has been doing.
However, when Portia then repeated the situation to Willow slowly, as if Willow were one of her former third-grade students, Willow closed her eyes for a few seconds. Cue the dramatic music as Willow slowly opened them and had a brand-new look on her face. It was a look of sheer cruelty combined with righteous indignation.
Portia was so alarmed by what she witnessed and heard that she called Nina (Cynthia Watros) to her office right away to warn her that her daughter was in much worse shape than she imagined — and it didn't stop there.
When even Drew is worried...

When Willow returned home, she was all giddy with excitement over her upcoming wedding the next day. A few weeks ago, she was walking around like a zombie, unsure whether she should marry Drew. Now, she was discussing seating plans and how the Quartermaine estate was a more suitable venue for a wedding.
As soon as Drew heard that, he recalled his conversation with Nina in which she accused him of stalking Daisy and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) because he knew his way on and off the estate. It suddenly occurred to Drew that Willow also knows all the ways to sneak around Monica's house. Yes, Drew created a monster and now doesn't know what to do. But how many personalities does this monster have, and is one of them named Nelle? Time will tell...
