Pitchfork has officially rendered its ratings for LISA's Alter Ego, and fans are less than amused.
The assessment of the album reads as follows, as mentioned in the official magazine:
"This marketing ploy also highlights her biggest challenge: LISA, who is part of the record-setting K-pop girl group BLACKPINK, needs to convince you that she has depth without her bandmates. Alter Ego proves she doesn’t."
Scores have begun ridiculing, if not brutally ripping apart, the magazine for its assessment of the BLACKPINK singer and rapper’s solo debut, with some even brushing it off as noise. A few even joked that the magazine adds no value to the music industry.
Whatever the case may be, it's clear that fans don't agree with Pitchfork's score. And so, we've rounded up all of the funniest comments available online. Have fun!
