Offset recently made a livestream, during which he threw shade at Stefon Diggs for taking Cardi B back after their alleged breakup. The rapper mockingly sang in the livestream, here quoted via X user Dubs/onlydubsX post on the matter on July 7, 2025.

''You can't get rid of me, I'm like CANCER"

The singer's livestream has generated reactions on social media, with some criticizing the comments, while others questioned whether Offset was talking about Cardi B and Stefon Diggs at all:

"comparing yourself to cancer is crazy, just showing how toxic he is."
"Offset been lame for a while now smh it was better when he was 1/3 of the Migo’s and he rapped his lil 10 bars and shut up." one netizen stated.
"What makes y’all feel like he was talking about stefon here. He didn’t say anything about Diggs or Cardi B?" another netizen questioned.
"Offset is doing everything to show Cardi, he’s still in the picture and ready to slide back!" one commenter speculated.
"saying “i’m like cancer” and expecting applause is wild behavior. imagine bragging about being the problem, she got rid of you once, she can do it again." another commenter stated.

Offset and Cardi B are ex-partners

Offset and Cardi B dated each other from 2017 to 2024, including being married two separate times. The duo first started appearing together back in 2017, when they collaborated on the track Lick.

Soon after, they started dating in late 2017, Offset proposed to Cardi B, and they got married in the month of September. The first signs of trouble in their relationship started soon after, with rumors about the rapper cheating on Cardi B circulating online.

The rumors continued for months, until Cardi B and the rapper revealed they were expecting their first baby in April 2018. The baby, a daughter they named Kulture Kiari Cephus, was born in July 2018.

However, this period didn't last long, with the couple announcing their split in 2018. In January 2019, they reunited, and everything was quiet till September 2020, when again the couple split. This was quickly called off, and the couple had their second child (a son), Wave, in 2021.

The problems started again in 2023, with the rapper alleging Cardi B was cheating on him in June 2023. Cardi B refuted the allegations, and things went back to normal for the two again for a few months.

The duo continued with their on-and-off relationship, going on to have a third child, Blossom, in September 2024. After that, it was downhill, with contentious divorce proceedings in early 2025 that led to more public spats, including the latest one on May 30, 2025. Cardi B and Stefon Diggs confirmed their relationship in the same month.

This debut album continues to be his most successful album, with the album within the top spot in the US and Canada. The singer released his second studio album, Set It Off, in 2023.
