Word on the street is that Post Malone is building a Nashville venue to bring people together to celebrate music. TC Restaurant Group revealed its plans to erect a Nashville entertainment venue in partnership with Post in a statement on June 3, 2025.

A part of Post Malone’s official statement to the fact read:

"We’ve created a space where everyone can come together and kick some a**. Nashville has really become a second home for me, so I can’t wait to invite y’all over to my house."

The entertainment venue will be 26,000 square feet with three stages, six bars, a well-serviced dining room and a rooftop. TC Restaurant Group stated that the upcoming entertainment venue will be stationed at 305 Broadway—a space undergoing reconstruction "to remaster the spaces while preserving historical architecture."

The building is in construction and gearing up to be Broadway’s largest floor project.

TC Restaurant Group describes its Nashville building venture with Post Malone as an “exciting concept”

TC Restaurant Group in its statement, praised the Sunflower hitmaker and expressed its excitement to partner to build with Post:

“Post Malone is one of the most influential and gravitational artists of our time, and we’re thrilled to partner with him on this exciting concept.”

The Restaurant Group stated that it was honoured to be on a project with Post, adding that the Nashville Entertainment venue was a reflection of the singer’s spirit and offered a different experience to Nashville hospitality:

"We’re honoured to work with someone as dynamic as he is and create a venue that embodies his spirit and brings a new experience to Nashville’s Entertainment District."

The Restaurant Group also praised Post as an artist with calibre, innovation and authenticity:

"There’s only one reason we would consider expanding our artist partnerships, and that is to have the ability to partner with someone of the calibre, innovation and authenticity of Post."

TC Restaurant Group added about Post Malone:

"His talent and ability to transcend multiple genres is one of a kind, and we look forward to creating a venue that resonates with his global fan base.”

Post is currently on his Big A** Stadium trek with Jelly Roll. The tour is in support of his critically acclaimed album F-1 Trillion, released in August 2024. He performed in New York City on June 4, 2025. His next stop is Miami on June 8, 2025.
