Kendrick Lamar is officially expanding his 2025 Australian tour. He has added second nights in Melbourne and Sydney following reported high demand. The Compton rapper is currently on the road for his massive Grand National Tour. He will now perform four stadium shows across the two cities in December 2025.

These newly announced performances come as Kendrick Lamar enjoys a career high, including record-breaking ticket sales, chart dominance, and international acclaim for both his latest album, GNX, and the ongoing tour.

Additional support will come from rising star Doechii for the newly announced dates. TDE labelmate ScHoolboy Q was already announced for the original shows.

Kendrick Lamar's Grand National Tour is his first major run through Australia since 2022's The Big Steppers Tour. Unlike the North American leg, where he has been co-headlining with SZA, the Australian run will see him take the stage solo. He will be joined by alternating support acts in different cities.

Lamar first broke through internationally with his 2012 label debut, good kid, m.A.A.d city. Since then, he has dropped five studio albums, secured a Pulitzer Prize (DAMN., 2017), and won multiple Grammy awards.

In 2025, Kendrick Lamar returned to the spotlight with the release of GNX and the viral success of his diss track "Not Like Us," which dominated both U.S. and Australian charts. The track spent multiple weeks at No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart and made him the first rapper in years to simultaneously hold three Top 10 singles in Australia.

Lamar's Grand National Tour is being presented by Live Nation and pgLang. It has reportedly grossed over $256 million from 23 shows in North America alone, with an average audience of 48,000 fans per concert.
