Lisa says new BLACKPINK album is "coming soon" as group preps world tour

The wait may be finally over. BLACKPINK's Thai member Lisa revealed in a recent interview with Variety that their third studio album is "coming soon." During her interview on May 3, the "Money" singer gave more insight into what the girl band has been working on lately. She said:

"Actually, we were in the studio a few days ago... We’re all so super excited to get back together and go on tour. We really miss the Blinks. We can’t wait to see them."

When asked about the release date, Lisa has kept details about the upcoming album tight-lipped. However, she did tell Blinks to be "patient." In her words:

"You have to be patient about it... It’s coming soon, I promise. It’s about time," she expressed.

The last studio album dropped by the K-pop group was in 2022, titled Born Pink. It featured some of the group's biggest hits, such as "Pink Venom," "Shut Down," and "Ready For Love." Keep reading to learn more about BLACKPINK's upcoming concert tour.

The BLACKPINK 2025 World Tour is going to be their fourth concert tour. The K-pop girl band is set to travel and perform on three continents, including Europe, North America, and Asia. The BLACKPINK 2025 World Tour will begin on July 5, 2025, starting from Goyang in South Korea at the Goyang Stadium. The tour will close next year on January 18 at the Tokyo Dome in Japan.
