New Music Friday is back, and this week's new album drops are giving fans plenty to be excited about. The albums are a mix of country, synth-pop, pop, hip-hop, and more. In addition to brand-new albums, one is celebrating its 10th anniversary with new songs added to the tracklist. The list also includes a deluxe album from a major pop artist featuring bonus tracks.

Some of the artists you can expect on this list are Demi Lovato, MARINA, Mac Miller, and Brandi Carlile. Each artist brings their own unique sound and style to the table. This week's new album drops have something in store for every listener.

Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato is releasing her ninth studio album after a three-year break from her last studio album. It's Not That Deep follows Holy Fvck with an 11-song tracklist and one bonus track.

Demi's latest album leans more into dance-pop, taking a slightly different turn from her usual rock vibes. Tomás Mier from Rolling Stone gave the album four out of five stars and said:

"Lovato is back to the sound where she shines brightest."

Mac Miller

Mac Miller was one of the emerging rappers during the early 2010s. However, his life was cut short after a drug overdose. Nonetheless, in his short but productive music career, Miller released five studio albums, two of which were posthumously released in 2020 and 2025.

This year, his third studio album is celebrating its 10th anniversary. GO:OD AM was initially released on September 18, 2015. It had 17 songs on the original tracklist, and the 10th-anniversary edition adds three new songs to the list.
