BTS' Jimin’s once again broke the record, setting a new benchmark with his latest "Killin’ It Girl" dance cover Instagram reel. On June 24, 2025, the idol posted a reel on his Instagram account flaunting his moves on J-Hope’s latest single Killin’ It Girl. His new video also became his first clip to surface following his military return.

The "WHO" singer made the record for the most viewed dance reel on Instagram, hitting 52.5 million views in just 24 hours. As of this writing, the reel garnered over 5.5 million views on Jimin's profile.

Fans of BTS' Jimin were glad to witness the new feat achieved by his video. As a result, his followers swamped X with their admiration for his dance and his impact. To express this, one fan stated:

“PARK JIMIN BEST DANCER. Copied by many, envied by most, no one can come close to Dance God Park Jimin ! ACE, G.O.A.T Squad Leader!”

Fans of BTS' Jimin lauded his talent as a dancer

Several others congratulated Park Jimin for a recording-breaking performance of his dance video. One fan stated that BTS' Jimin’s talent is enough to attract the masses. Some even praised him as the best dancer.

“EFFORTLESS DANCER JIMIN JIMIN CAME HOME. DANCER JIMIN IS BACK. WE MISS YOU JIMIN. YOURE KILLIN IT JIMIN. WITH JIMIN TILL THE END. JIMIN JIMIN. PARK JIMIN,” a fan stated.
“Proof that Jimin and his talent are enough to attract masses of fans is this homemade video with poor sound, poor visibility, and unedited footage. If he's achieved such an audience, imagine how difficult it will be to get tickets to a Jimin concert. JIMIN JIMIN PARK JIMIN,” commented an admirer.
“The best main dancer,” wrote another fan.
“CONGRATULATIONS JIMIN. GLOBAL ITBOY JIMIN FOR REAL,” stated an admirer.

Some said BTS' Jimin is to be incredibly talented, while others stressed how he broke records with just a 144p quality dance cover reel.

“PARK JIMIN. Countless people around the world admire and love you. You shine in everything you do. You are incredibly talented! We love you JIMIN JIMIN. WITH JIMIN TILL THE END. CONGRATULATIONS JIMIN,” a fan wrote.
“Our chronically offline but viral king breaks records with 144p quality video by spending 28 of the 50-second in the intro and adding hashtags to the video itself,” commented a fan.
“Hia first dance video after ms and already breaking records,” stated an admirer.

BTS' Jimin marked his military return on June 11

Park Jimin concluded his compulsory military term on June 11, alongside his fellow singer Jeon Jungkook. Both of them joined their service together; therefore, they were discharged on the same.

Shortly after his military discharge, Park Jimin appeared at Hobi’s ‘HOPE ON THE STREET’ Final D-1 concert held in Seoul. All BTS members went to the event, where Jungkook and Jin sang alongside J-Hope.

The rest of the members of BTS recently concluded their individual military service obligations. On June 10, Taehyung and RM concluded their terms, and on June 21, Agust D was discharged.
