The Jonas Brothers brought extra star power to Vancouver, inviting Machine Gun Kelly onstage to perform on their latest stop.
On Sept. 18, the brothers, who have welcomed an impressive roster of pop-punk artists throughout their ongoing tour JONAS20: Living The Dream Tour, have brought in MGK this time at Rogers Arena. As he went up on stage, Nick Jonas even introduced the Houston-born artist as:
"Our new brother."
The solo artist serenaded the thousands of attendees with his song "cliché" before launching to sing alongside the trio with their hit "Sucker," a song off their 2019 album Family Business.
Since the beginning of the Living The Dream Tour, the brothers have already brought onstage the likes of Kelsea Ballerini, John Legend, Jason Mraz, Fifth Harmony, Hoobastank, Switchfoot, Dashboard Confessional, Jesse McCartney, Marshmello, All Time Low, and more.
With the latest inclusion of MGK to Jonas Brothers' growing lineup of guest stars, fans immediately erupted on social media with various comments.
"Epic performance," one declared on X/Twitter.
"such a cool crossover," a fan wrote with fire emojis.
"The song isn't bad. It's worth a stream," another said.
"Wow that was awesome," an online user gushed.
"Jonas Brothers bringing MGK on stage in Vancouver for Cliché… didn’t have that collab on my 2025 bingo card. Low-key, did they just unlock a new fanbase crossover?" one commented.
"Did not expect that collab to ever happen wild combo," an X user shared.
"A Jonas Brothers and MGK collab? This tour is proving to be a wild mix of styles," another chimed in.
"Jonas Brothers x MGK collab… 2025 really said ‘plot twist season,'" one tweeted.
"The surprises keep coming. Is this the best tour of the year, just because of all the unexpected moments?" another stated.
"Aye, nothing like a cheeky collab to spice up a night! Just hope he kept the "cliché" to a minimum and left the deep cuts for the real fans. What did the crowd think?" a fan posted.

Fueling the momentum, the Jonas Brothers shared a video on TikTok post-performance, showing the three of them seated in the stalls with their gazes not breaking free from the stage. Joe then broke the silence with:
"You think they're gonna play 'cliché' by MGK?"
The camera shifted and showed MGK himself seated next to them, who then responded:
"Don't think so."

But the clip didn't let the "Rap Devil" hitmaker finish his sentence when it switched to his "cliché" performance.
In the video, MGK is clad in a simple white tee and khaki trousers, while the brothers, dressed in suits, played the guitars.
With MGK’s cameo in the books, speculation is heating up over the trio's next guest star.
