On May 6, 2025, BTS' j-hope appeared in an interview with Zach Sang. In his thirty-eight-minute interview, Hobi touched upon many topics, one of which was the future of BTS. “In order to make music as a team in a healthy way, as each of us making their own music, we each go through personal growth and growing pains that come with it, and we learn many things. And then when we reunite after doing our own things, those experiences will fill us with new strength and energy. And now that's very soon.,” BTS’ j-hope stated.
He went on to say that all the members of BTS have grown while pursuing their solo careers.
“Everyone has grown while pursuing their solo projects. I think that will all contribute to the music that we create as BTS.” Hobi added.
For those unaware, BTS' j-hope and Jin are the only two members from the group who are done with their military duties; the remaining five members are still enlisted in the military. BTS’ reunion is set for June this year after Jungkook, SUGA, V, RM, and Jimin will be discharged from the South Korean military.
