On May 12, 2025, South Korean media outlet Sports Hankooki reported about BTS' Jungkook’s global comeback and along with his solo career after finishing his military service in June this year.
The report stated that the K-pop idol will continue his solo activities soon after his military discharge. BTS' Jungkook is set to wrap up his term on June 11, 2025, alongside his teammate Jimin.

Netizens are thrilled as BTS' Jungkook is reported to make comeback shortly after his discharge. While some hoped for Jungkook’s solo tour, others praised the idol’s independent album GOLDEN.
