Katy Perry proved she's the ultimate show-woman after powering through an unexpected wardrobe malfunction during a recent stop on her Lifetimes Tour in Las Vegas.
While performing her high-octane smash “Part of Me,” the superstar, 40, experienced a mishap when her metallic bra top suddenly burst open at the back. The moment occurred as she was running across the stage, mid-routine, in a two-piece ensemble that left little room for error.
Caught off-guard but obviously unshaken, Katy Perry exclaimed:
“Oh s**t, my bra is going to come off!”

The candid moment was met with hoots and cheers from the crowd. Ever the professional, the "Dark Horse" singer continued dancing, unfazed by the blunder. She called on her team for help:
“Put my bra back on, Patrick.”
A man then emerged from backstage and quickly worked to secure the outfit and keep the show rolling.
After her wardrobe got fixed, fans erupted in applause not just for the recovery, but for Katy Perry’s quick wit. She later joked that the audience “hadn’t paid enough” to see what almost became a more revealing performance than planned.
Katy Perry “confronts” fan who keeps on DM-ing her fiancé, Orlando Bloom
The Vegas audience has come to expect the unexpected from Katy Perry, whose theatrics-filled galactic shows continue to blend music with humor and daring stunts.
In fact, during the Nevada leg of her Lifetimes tour, she singled out an audience member, named Kyle, in what turned out to be a scripted skit involving fake private messages to her fiancé, Orlando Bloom.
From her perch at the edge of the stage, Perry zeroed in with playful accusations:
“Cute grin. I know why you’re here. Listen, if you keep DM-ing my man… You’ve been doing it for months, ever since the residency. You didn’t come to see me play.”
Perry didn’t stop there as she continued with her mock-serious face-off:
“If you keep on DM-ing my man, I’m going to have you removed. Seriously, get your own life. He don't want you, Kyle. I'm his wife. I'm his, he's mine... stay the f*ck away.'”
The comedic bit turned out to be a planned moment launching into her 2024 hit single “I’m His, He’s Mine.” However, it didn’t stop Kyle from fully embracing the drama.
In his chat with Lad Bible, he reflected on the hilarious exchange:
“This all started because I asked Katy to sing my favourite deep-cut and may have had to call in Orlando for some assistance.”
With a cheeky caption, “In my homewrecker era,” Kyle considered the moment as a concert memory he won’t forget.
“Now I have the concert memory of a lifetime. But let’s just hope she forgives me for DM-ing her man and allows me back at her next show.”
