BTS' Jimin recently caught the attention of his fans after his independent track WHO emerged as the longest-charting song by a male K-pop soloist in United World Chart (UWC) history. The K-pop idol’s popular track ranked at #40 on this week's United World chart with 86,000 points and extending his record on UWC with 44 weeks. WHO was released in July 2024 as the composition of BTS’ Jimin’s second solo album MUSE.

While serving his mandatory military time in South Korea, the BTS member set a new milestone. Supporters of BTS' Jimin were astounded by the latest achievement of his solo music. As a result, the idol's adoring fans flooded social media with messages of praise and devotion. One of them on X stated:

“King of JIMERICA Congratulations JIMIN JIMIN JIMIN”

Fans lauded BTS' Jimin’s song for new mark on United World Chart

Many BTS fans rejoiced at Jimin's most recent achievement. Some called BTS' Jimin a history maker, while others congratulated him.

“CONGRATS JIMIN KING. PROUD OF YOU. HISTORY MAKER JIMIN. RECORD MAKER JIMIN,” stated an admirer.
“Honey is sweet but cherishing your voice is sweeter. Jimin, you are one of the best things that ever happened to me. I will cherish your music until the end of time with every last drop of my heart. Congratulations. Keep it up!,” wrote a fan.

Some hailed the Like Crazy idol as record maker, while others called him king. Another fan claimed that BTS' Jimin’s hard work deserved all the success.

“Yes! JIMIN IS THE KING,” stated an admirer.
“He works so hard he deserves all the love in the world,” commented another fan.
“Jimin’s music on Spotify better be topping all the charts until his release from the military and after…STREAM LIKE YOUVE NEVER STREAMED BEFORE,” a fan wrote.

BTS' Jimin’s WHO became sixth fastest song to exceed 1.7 billion streams

Park Jimin's indie track WHO received 1.7 billion Spotify streams. The singer's tune WHO is from his second solo album MUSE, which was released on July 19, 2024. Jimin's song is the fastest K-Act song to reach this milestone on Spotify in history. WHO also emerged as the sixth fastest track in history to surpass the 1.7 billion mark.

The MUSE album included the tracks Rebirth (Intro), Interlude: Showtime, Slow Dance (feat. Sofia Carson), Be Mine, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco), WHO, and Closer Than This.

Presently, the idol is preparing for his military release after serving his mandatory time in the South Korean military. Jimin signed up in December 2023 and will be released in June 2025, along with fellow vocalists Jungkook, Taehyung, Namjoon, and Agust D; while Hobi and Jin have already finished their mandatory military service.
