Kneecap expand 2025 Autumn UK tour: New dates, venues, and more explored

Irish rap trio Kneecap have officially announced an expanded run of shows across the UK this autumn. They have added three more dates to what is now their biggest-ever headline tour.

The additions are second nights in Leeds, Sheffield, and Manchester. These come in response to reported strong pre-sale demand. The tour follows a year of significant attention for Kneecap. The Belfast-based group has faced public and political backlash in recent months. Despite this, their headline appearances at festivals like 2000trees and Glastonbury were relatively well-received.

Before heading to the UK in November, Kneecap will play multiple shows across North America, Europe, and their largest-ever UK gig at London’s OVO Arena Wembley on September 18, 2025.

Kneecap took to their official Instagram page to announce the tour extension. The post read:

"Well Fenians... Demand for the tour has been proper mental. 💥 Many pre-sales sold out after a few hours so WE'VE ADDED 3 EXTRA SHOWS in Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester. 🎟️ General sale 10 am Friday kneecap.ie 🔥"

Kneecap was formed in 2017. The group consists of rappers Mo Chara and Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí. Their debut album was Fine Art (2024). They have faced repeated criticism from politicians and media figures in both the UK and Europe. Some festivals have dropped them from lineups following public pressure, while others, like Glastonbury and Green Man, have kept them on the bill.

Ticket information

Tickets for all UK tour dates will go on general sale at 10 am on Friday, July 18, 2025, through Ticketmaster UK and the official band website.

There are no official presale codes for the added UK shows. However, multiple earlier presales sold out within hours, which prompted the addition of second dates in Leeds, Sheffield, and Manchester.
