Danish DJ and producer Kölsch has unveiled his forthcoming live tour, Kölsch and the Machine, in conjunction with an upcoming album entitled ‘KINEMA’.
Kölsch presents his personal studio on stage, utilizing modular equipment and analog technologies to recreate iconic tracks such as ‘Grey’, ‘Loreley’, ‘Goldfisch’, and ‘All That Matters’.
Fans can avail their pre-sale tickets for the tour on July 30, 2025, at 10 AM BST / 11 AM CET.
The live performance seeks to explore the interaction between humanity and technology, providing enthusiasts with a more immersive and physical engagement with his repertoire. Kölsch shared excitement for the new adventure and described the upcoming tour in the following words:
“I'm incredibly excited to share something very close to my heart: Kölsch and the Machine — a new live experience that reimagines my sound through the raw, analog beauty of modular synthesizers.”
He further disclosed that the concert will offer more deeper and intimate experience with his personal studio setup.
“For the first time ever, I'll be bringing key parts of my personal studio setup on stage. This is more than a performance — it's a deep, intimate journey into the way I create music, blending live improvisation with the melodic techno that has shaped my identity. Every sound you'll hear is drawn from my own catalog, but nothing will play out the same way twice.” DJ added.
DJ also revealed that with his modular systems, he will play unique renditions of his familiar tracks in real-time.
“With modular systems at the core, l'll be reshaping familiar tracks in real time - sculpting and bending them into something new, alive, and unpredictable. At the heart of this project is a simple but powerful idea: I am inside the machine. As I perform, the lines between artist and technology dissolve, allowing emotion and circuitry to move together in a kind of hypnotic dialogue.”
