The sensational boy band made the new record with over 27.5 million streams on the streaming app. The band made this record soon after dropping their new live album ‘PERMISSION TO DANCE STAGE - LIVE,’ on July 18, 2025.

Fans of the boy band were thrilled to witness the group’s new milestone; therefore, they swamped the internet with their appreciation for the boy band. One of them on X wrote:

While some said that the group deserved more than 40 million streams, others referred to them as the biggest K-pop group.

“Honestly they deserve at least 40+M but my BTS slayed anyway,” commented another fan.

BTS released a new album ‘PERMISSION TO DANCE STAGE - LIVE

The septet returned to the spotlight with their first live album, PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LIVE. The 22-track album includes live recordings from one of the band's most memorable tours of the same name. A long pause since the boy band left for military training precedes the latest live album.
