As per TMZ, a new video of comedian Ray Romano singing Karaoke at a celebrity golf tournament is generating buzz on social media. The incident took place at the recent American Century Celebrity Golf event, where Romano grabbed the mike and started rapping the lyrics of Eminem's hit song, Lose Yourself.
In the video, Ray Romano can be seen rapping the lyrics of the song in a slow pace but the audience seems to enjoy it. The viral Tiktok video of Romano had users gushing. Here are a couple of fan posts in the comment section of the viral TikTok video, per Billboard:
"First Obama… now Ray Romano… people I never thought I’d hear singing Eminem. Love it!”
“Telling my kids this is the beastie boys."
The Everybody Loves Raymond star might have lost track of the beats of the song while he performed it live, but he somehow managed to complete the track and was seen turning his cap sideways by the end of the rap session.
Previously, Travis and Jason Kelce also performed karoake on Bob Seger's Old Time Rock and Roll at the annual event.
Last year, Travis Kelce won the karaoke event singing Here I Go Again by Whitesnake. He took the stage to dedicate the song to his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
The track Lose Yourself was released in 2002 as the lead single of Eminem's film, 8 Mile. Apart from winning an award for the Best Original Song at the Academy Awards, the track also was Eminem's first No.1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100.
