Four BTS members — RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook — are nearing the end of their mandatory military service in South Korea. RM and V will be discharged on June 10, 2025, while Jimin and Jungkook will be discharged on June 11, 2025. This marks the end of their 18-month-long service. Fans around the world are now preparing for BTS's full-group reunion.

All seven BTS members will have completed their military service by June 2025. Jin and J-Hope finished their service earlier in 2024. Suga, who is fulfilling an alternative service, will complete it by June 21, 2025. The group is expected to come together for the FESTA 2025 celebrations in mid-June. This will be their first official event with all members since 2022.

BigHit Music has asked fans not to gather at the military bases on discharge days. This is to maintain safety and reduce crowding. Instead, fans are encouraged to send their support from home. The agency has released official notices outlining these guidelines.

There will be no public gatherings or events at the military bases on the discharge days. BigHit Music has issued a statement asking fans not to visit the army bases. This is to avoid overcrowding and safety issues. These bases are not open to the public and are designed to serve military personnel only.

In the past, large crowds of fans have gathered during members’ enlistment and discharge days. To prevent similar situations this time, the agency is stressing the importance of supporting from afar. The focus is on ensuring a smooth and respectful end to the members' military duties.

BigHit has thanked fans for their continued support and has asked them to wait for the official group reunion. They have also shared reminders on social media, encouraging fans to avoid going to the military sites and instead show love online.

All seven members, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are expected to appear at the FESTA. It will be the first time in years that the full group is together on stage. This has led to excitement among fans about a possible comeback or new album announcement.

While there is no official word on their next album or tour, many fans believe BTS will begin full group activities later in 2025. HYBE and BigHit Music have hinted at major announcements after the FESTA. The reunion may include new music, performances, and other projects.
