JoJo Siwa made news headlines after kicking out a fan from her Glasgow concert on October 1, 2025. The incident occurred after the Dance Moms alum noticed a fan wearing a hoodie featuring a photoshopped image of the singer as an egg, a mocking reference to her hairline.
JoJo Siwa wasn't having it. She made it clear that she wasn't going to tolerate cruel jokes at her concert, especially about something she was insecure about.
The fan, identified as Anjali, took to her TikTok account to address the moment. She revealed that she didn't wear the hoodie with malicious intent. She just thought it was funny and expected JoJo Siwa to share her sense of humor.
“Me and my best friend were really looking forward to seeing JoJo originally as a joke but then she started really growing on us and I was genuinely really looking forward to seeing her since she seems pretty cool!!” she wrote in her video caption.
She continued:
“We didn't have any merch, so we decided to just print off the first picture we saw and stick it on our clothes. We didn't look at the backstory behind it or know it would be a trigger for her; else we absolutely would not have done that. None of it was with malicious intent. We didn't throw it at her, we passed it to her like she asked.”
Anjali apologised to the 22-year-old star.
“This apology is completely genuine. If it doesn't seem like it, I'm autistic, and I usually seem really bored or laughing when trying to do something important,” she concluded the lengthy caption.
In the video, Anjali revealed that after she was kicked out, she almost a panic attack and had to call her mum.
