Opeth 2026 North American tour: Presale, dates, venues, and more explored

Swedish progressive metal band Opeth have officially announced their return to North America in early 2026. The group is all set to launch a 15-date tour in February to support their fourteenth studio album, The Last Will and Testament, which was released in late 2024. The upcoming 2026 leg is going to be the second North American leg behind the record, following an earlier run in 2025.

The newly unveiled trek has been billed as The Last Will and Testament North American Tour Part 2. Katatonia will open each show on this leg. The trek will kick off on February 5, 2026, in Montclair, New Jersey, and wrap up on February 25, 2026, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Opeth took to their official Instagram page to announce this new leg, captioning:

"Stoked to go on tour with our brothers in Opeth! Who's coming out to catch the rock n roll bundle of the century?"

Opeth has been touring across Europe in 2025. The band has scheduled appearances in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Hungary, and more throughout the fall. In November, they will continue to perform in New Zealand, Australia, and Japan before wrapping up the year. Once those dates conclude, the group will head across the Atlantic for the new North American run.
